Joining this team means contributing to large-scale engineering systems that have a direct impact on global commerce and industry reliability.Job DescriptionLead and support structural integrity inspections for heavy equipment.Conduct design and structural reviews of new and modified equipment to ensure compliance with EN, BS, or equivalent standards.Perform finite element analysis (FEA/FEM) to evaluate stress, deformation, and fatigue in key mechanical structures.Carry out failure investigations and root cause analyses, recommending corrective actions and preventive measures.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and lifecycle performance.The Successful ApplicantDegree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.Knowledge or experience in steel structure design to EN/BS or similar standards.Hands-on experience with finite element analysis tools (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation, etc.).Familiarity with failure analysis, fatigue assessment, or materials behavior preferred.Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to safety and quality assurance.Excellent communication skills to work effectively across design, inspection, and operations teams.What's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to work in a highly reputable engineering environment that values technical depth, safety, and continuous innovation.
