Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all M&E facilities, including HVAC systems, utilities, and support equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the continuous functionality of essential systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for facility equipment upgrades and improvements.
  • Participate in the design and execution of projects aimed at enhancing facility efficiency and performance.
  • Execute repairs, replacements, and equipment upgrades as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing equipment performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and records of maintenance activities.
  • Work alongside other engineers and technicians to achieve common goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing M&E facilities and equipment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing relevant tools, software, and equipment for mechanical engineering tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Familiar with the local Code of Practice and Building and Fire Safety Regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
