Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the corporate banking strategy for South Asia, aligning with the bank's global vision.
• Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and market trends to drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership and global teams to ensure business alignment and profitability.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients and MNCs in the region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored financial solutions such as lending, trade finance, treasury, and investment banking services.
• Lead senior client engagements and drive high-value transactions.

3. Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across all South Asian markets.
• Work with risk, credit, and compliance teams to maintain a strong risk culture and robust governance framework.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure disciplined credit underwriting.

4. Product & Service Expansion

• Drive innovation in corporate banking products, including structured finance, trade finance, and working capital solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop customized financial solutions that meet client needs.

5. Team Management & Talent Development

• Lead and mentor a high-performing corporate banking team across multiple South Asian markets.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to support business growth.
