Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of SEA markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's online presence, ensuring strong visibility across various digital platforms.
  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning through targeted marketing campaigns and community engagement.
  • Develop promotional materials and content that resonate with local audiences.
  • Map the customer journey to identify touch-points and improve overall customer experience.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to make data-driven improvements to services and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market dynamics, including cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytic.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
