Job Description

Digital Marketing:

Execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation as part of omnichannel marketing

Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and usage guidelines.

Evaluate key metrics that affect our website traffic, social media engagement and target audience

Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities (Website optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Paid Search, Content, Email marketing) to identify opportunities, areas for improvement and measure ROIs

Manage digital marketing budget and spend by effectively allocating budgets to different channels

Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed agencies

Monitor various media platform options and propose appropriate social media platforms and tools for achieving communication objectives

Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis

Lead social media content strategy, creation and oversee execution to ensure brand alignment and positioningCampaign Execution:

Campaign lead for LTO campaigns to develop key visual while ensuring brand consistency

Work closely with Director, Marketing to develop strategy and manage marketing activities

Manage in-store marketing collaterals (menu boards, posters, banners, tray mats, POS Screen) and track marketing campaign performance

Arrange photoshoots of new food items and lead the design of new menu when necessary

Work closely with our Creative team, generating briefs and highlighting learnings that help us increase guests' frequency, average spent and acquire new customers

Run LTO and customer acquisition campaigns across relevant channels including in-store marketing, flyers, TV, radio, print, OOH, and other media

Grow partnership network to extend brand outreach and acquisition efforts

Monitor marketing budget with accountability for growth in marketing efficiency and ROI

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent

3 to 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and analytic tools to drive effectiveness and gain relevant actionable insights

Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

Data-oriented and takes an analytical approach in solving business challenges

Proven track record in marketing campaign execution, digital marketing and creating strong, engaging content for digital platforms

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisation and project management skills

Meticulous with an eye for detail
