About Our Client

The client is a global pharmaceutical leader. To bring access to medicine for the patient population in Singapore. They are looking for a Market Access Manager to develop market strategy for upcoming product launches. The key responsibilities of this position includes crafting the market access strategy, liaising with key stakeholders within the government sector, working with policy makers within the government health sector and support public affairs functions.

Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated market access strategies across relevant therapeutic areas that align with external affairs strategy and support the organisation's commercial goals
  • Collaborate with HEOR team to build the payer landscape, including barriers and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the business units to develop market access strategy plans to drive growth
  • Responsible for local pricing process implementation
  • Enhance the corporate image by developing a strong network of government and ministries contacts that can positively influence the outcome of the healthcare policy in Singapore

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Health Economic, Public Health, Life Science, Public Affairs, Public Policy or relevant degree
  • Extensive knowledge of Market Access, Government Relations and/or Health Technology
  • Understand the HTA landscape and the healthcare system and financing in Singapore
  • Demonstrate understanding of the healthcare business and healthcare programs
  • Good collaboration, organised and detailed
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • Pro-active and able to work independently and a problem solver
