Job Description

  • Work with R&D and Engineering team to transfer new processes into production line
  • Deal with quality issues with QA department using plant lean methodology
  • Develop and lead continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure smooth production flow by resolving daily production technical issues
  • Take part in productivity, quality and cost reduction programs
  • Create and update documents related to work instructions and processes parameters

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in mechatronics/mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor production lines
  • Diploma in mechatronics/mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor production lines
  • Good knowledge in variety of manufacturing/ quality tools and mechanisms
  • Experienced in Lean Manufacturing
