About Our Client

Our client is a Global Asset Management company that offer a broad range of investment management strategies and are currently forming a subsidiary in Singapore. Their international Private Client Group Assets have nearly quadrupled in the last five years. Singapore is a priority market for them, and as they are launching in the region as an accredited investor fund manager, they are looking to hire for the Managing Director position.

Job Description

Client Acquisition: Connect and onboard new clients for the company
Designing & Implementing the Client Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a client acquisition strategy that is tailored to the demands of the region
Recruiting: Hire and onboard the sales team
Training & Coaching: Design the sales training & development program for the sales team
Managing Operations and Compliance: Ensure that internal policies and regulations are followed

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of direct-to-consumer sales management experience
5-10 years of experience selling commissioned direct-to-consumer financial services to high-net-worth individuals
Experience in hiring and building a team
Career advancement that indicates a long history of success and a steady upward trajectory
Excellent communication, presentation and strategic thinking skills are critical for this role
Highly entrepreneurial nature with some risk appetite as this role would require you to be hands on
