Well established organisation in the tertiary sector is recruiting for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to be part of their transformation / digitisation journey.
Job Description
The Manager/Senior Manager will be assessing the current processes, policies and systems and develop & plan initiatives to increase the efficiency level. This includes being familiar with digitisation tools & platforms and provide recommendation on the manual processes which can be digitalis-ed, drafting & implementing projects, partnering closely with various stakeholders during the project planning & implementation stages, understanding the work flow and needs of the employees in order to make the right recommendations as well as aligning with the organisation's overall business strategy and vision.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar transformation or digitisation function
