Job Description

Reports to Head of Fund Accounting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate fund accounting records in line with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fund performance to stakeholders.
  • Work with external corporate clients to resolve queries and provide support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.
  • Utilise the Multifonds accounting system for fund management activities.
  • Maintain strong communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the audit process by providing relevant documentation and responses.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within fund accounting functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager/AVP, Fund Accounting Ops should have:

  • University degree / post graduate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in experience in Securities Services Fund Accounting or equivalent experiences
  • Candidates with Big 4 audit experience are welcome.
