They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally; as part of this commitment they are looking for an experienced Senior Manager/Manager, Service Delivery Lead (Digital Supply Chain) to join them.

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, the majority of your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing complex digital systems as well as to conceptualise and conceive cutting-edge digital solutions in the design and operationalisation of projects.

Additional responsibilities include:

To influence business teams and key stakeholders to utilise digital solutions and tools within the organization
To lead the development and implementation of innovative Supply Chain Control Tower solutions and tools, for business teams and customers
To provide guidance for setting up and implementing Digital solutions across the business
To develop intervention strategies in order to mitigate current gaps in delivery of logistics services
To conceptualise and implement Concept projects
To conduct Performance Evaluation and undertake full roll-out of proven systems in the organization
Strong Stakeholder Management

The Successful Applicant

The succesful candidate should have relevant degree and possess 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager with extensive hands on experience in digitalization project within Supply Chain. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to be strong in analytical and planning skills and possess excellent communication and influencing skills
