About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent MNC that is a market leader in innovating safety technology across various sectors such as Marine, Energy, Defence and Aviation with a strong presence across key markets around the Globe. They have presence in Asia, Europe and America. They are currently seeking a dedicated Service Manager to be based at their office in Singapore.
You are mainly responsible to oversee all commercial operations including pricing, order processing and invoice management. This would be a people management role and you need to be able to manage escalation or disputes from clients/suppliers.
*To lead and manage technical service admin team, including monitoring and coach Service Administrator for Safety Service.
* To oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure services to the customers are maintained and met.
* To monitor and ensure timely closing and invoicing of orders.
* To review of current work processes and system for the purpose of enhancements and improvements in services to the customers.
* To manage all administration of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Services Reports according to Customer's Requirements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have 4 years of experience in the Marine/Engineering Industry including procurement. You should also possess good time management and excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a well structured environment.
