Our client is one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces globally and is currently looking to improve their customer service in the region. They are looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated individual to join their customer experience strategy team. It is a 200-member team globally with 50 people in Asia. Currently the company is focusing on making the customer experience stronger in the region. The company committed in driving diversity in the workplace and is also committed in growing talent in the business.

Job Description

  • Solve complex business problems across business units, geographies, and product lines - create hypothesis, create analysis, and identify insights to help improve customer experience for the company
  • Analyse and identify insights that can lead to improvement in customer experience
  • Lead large programs including design, data collection, data analysis and data presentation
  • Collaborate with business teams to work with them on their priority actions
  • Support team hiring and onboarding
  • Partner with team members across different regions to drive continuous improvement
  • Innovate and build new methodologies and products that lead to improved service

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA or a Master's Degree from a reputable institution
  • At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, consumer goods or research firms
  • Excellent knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and experience in analysing and presenting research
  • Experience in developing data-driven insights from large data sets
  • Extensive experience in influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, be self-starter and an independent thinker who follow-ups on responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Must be an independent thinker who is creative, proactive, a self-starter, adaptive and has excellent business judgement
