Job Description

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored corporate solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales within hospitality or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within corporate communities and travel management companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable tourism and luxury hospitality is an advantage.
