Job Description

  • Analyse sales performance across pipeline health, conversion trends, revenue realization, and productivity to highlight risks and growth opportunities.
  • Track and improve delivery and operational KPIs, including utilization, backlog, SLA adherence, delivery accuracy, and order‑to‑cash performance.
  • Integrate financial KPIs - revenue, GM, EBITDA, with operational insights and provide variance analysis to inform leadership decisions.
  • Support capacity planning by monitoring headcount, attrition, productivity, and alignment between workforce supply and business demand.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes, cost efficiency, revenue drivers, and operational execution.
  • Lead governance through recurring performance reviews, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure KPI accountability.
  • Deliver forward‑looking insights that help executives make strategic decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Business Performance should have:

  • At least 6 years experience in business performance, FP&A, sales operations, or strategy/operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus hands-on experience with CRM, SAP, or HRIS systems.
  • A strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial, and HR metrics, ideally within Telco or ICT.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive aligned execution.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with familiarity in ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
