Job Description

1. 5G & Emerging Technologies

  • Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate 5G adoption across consumer segments, aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute 5G commercialization strategies, including communication plans, market enablement, and customer engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with Network and IT teams to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative connectivity solutions ensuring commercial viability and scalability.



2. Value-Added Services (VAS) & Portfolio Management

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of VAS offerings, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and churn mitigation.
  • Spearhead the launch and growth of new mobile services, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product-market fit.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Define and implement pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to maximize adoption and lifetime customer value.
  • Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with P&L targets and business assumptions.



3. Strategic Projects & Transformation

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact initiatives across product lines and customer segments.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and governance for strategic projects.
  • Oversee compliance alignment and communication strategies in response to regulatory shifts and technological enhancements, ensuring transparency and trust.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development.

Strong P&L management skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and project management experience.

Good business acumen, able to translate data into actionable insights.
