About Our Client
My client is an investment company that identifies strong potential growing business in the consumer and food related space They have established a global footprint across various consumer sectors and are looking for a M&A Manager to develop growth strategies and generate new pipeline for the group.
Reporting to the head of M&A, you will be evaluating and executing investment strategies through building financial models, key valuations, due diligence and be heavily involved in negotiations and deal structuring. You will formulate growth strategies and conduct in-depth analysis ensuring value creation of portfolio companies. You will also spearhead the research of market trends and landscape of the related industries while exploring potential investment opportunities including M&A.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are degree qualified in banking/finance/ accounting with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance or M&A capacity. You are adept at project management and are able to multi-task in a high pressure environment. You are technically strong in building financial models with excellent communication and presentation skills. You have strong business acumen in analysing market trends and are able to think creatively out of the box. Big 4 valuation/ deals advisory experience are an added plus.
