My client is a listed conglomerate with diverse business interest. They have established a global footprint across various industrial sectors and are looking for a M&A Manager to develop growth strategies and generate new pipeline for the group.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Mergers & Acquisition, you will:

Develop complex financial models to value acquisition targets, perform analysis to assess the feasibility
Business partner with leadership team to strategise and initiate business plans, identify potential acquisition targets and generate new pipelines
Responsible for due diligence process, prepare investment proposal, coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Perform research and analysis of market, understand competitive landscape and kept abreast of shifts within the industry
Involvement in high profile negotiations for both buy side and sell side deals

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree graduate in Finance & Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Finance or M&A capacity
Hands on experience with end to end M&A deal process, both buy-side and sell-side
Strong analytical skills and computer literacy, proficient in developing financial models
Resilient personality with the tenacity to excel, able to work with tight timelines
Collaborative working style, confident liaising with stakeholders independently
Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skills
