Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition, investment, and divestment opportunities globally.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to assess the strategic and financial merits of potential targets.
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including deal structuring, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Develop and implement robust integration plans to maximize the value of acquired businesses and achieve synergy targets.
  • Monitor post-acquisition performance, conduct ROI analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and lead a high-performing M&A team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and business development, to ensure successful deal execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified with at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in M&A or Corporate Development team.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in valuation, modeling, and due diligence.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
