Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily logistics operations
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to meet targets
  • Develop and implement operational improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain relationships with transport and distribution partners
  • Monitor and control logistics costs
  • Perform regular performance and productivity evaluations
  • Handle any escalations from the team or customers

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Logistics, Business Management or a related field
  • Experience in a managerial or team lead role within the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and management
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
