Job Description

  • Oversee global logistics operations, including maintenance and continuous improvement of processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and adherence to contracts.
  • Lead the management of transportation and warehousing suppliers, including process engineering in Oracle and supplier interfacing.
  • Collect and analyze logistics data, preparing management reports and evaluating transportation, service, and inventory costs within budget and distribution strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and enhance service delivery across the supply chain.
  • Serve as a secondary contact for regional team members and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain flexible scheduling to provide guidance and support to global customers.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, representing the organization with integrity and courtesy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess minimally 4 years of relevant experience, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong logistics and warehousing knowledge, preferably with Oracle, along with an understanding of cross-border trade compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and navigate challenging situations with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven teamwork, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and proficiency in Excel; effective presentation skills are a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with various counterparts.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation is advantageous.
