The new hire will need to lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain distribution process for Singapore, ensuring on-time, cost-effective fulfilment while complying with Health, Safety, and Environment standards and communicating effectively with customers, sales, marketing, freight forwarders, government bodies, and third-party logistics to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Operational Efficiency: Manage 3PL storage and handling, warehousing, logistics costs, and integrate logistics with business systems to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory and Promotions: Ensure accurate inventory management, oversee co-packing and promotional activities, and maintain compliance with inventory rotation and stock reconciliation standards.
  • Order and Delivery Management: Lead local and export order fulfilment, resolve logistics issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance warehouse management systems.
  • Quality and ERP Management: Implement and uphold Quality, Food Safety, and HSE standards, master ERP and logistics tools, train users, and support system integration and issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG with high order traffic; proficient in 3PL management, capacity planning, ERP, and WMS.
  • Education: Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; APICS or project management certification is a plus.
  • Competencies: Action-oriented, strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills, customer-focused, adept in planning and collaborative relationships. Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Operational Skills: Expertise in inventory planning, purchase order management, inbound delivery, customs clearance, warehouse management, and 3PL cooperation; knowledge of process improvement and project management is advantageous.
