About Our Client

Our Client is global leader in the development and supplying of automatic equipment for the semiconductor industry. They are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst to join their dynamic team to contribute to the business.

Job Description

  • Familiar with the usage of global tools for 3PL management and shipment tracking
  • Manage orders and shipment and ensure that their KPIs are met, else to find out root cause of the issue
  • Ensuring all transactions are accurate and of data upkeeping
  • Point of contact for logistics support & complaints management for both internal and external customers
  • Verification and reporting of 3PL invoices, submission of import and export pricing and taxation audits
  • Thailand BOI shipment support
  • Involved in India BIS requirement review
  • Handling of administrative purchases, order to delivery processes
  • Submission of pricing for Singapore statistics for both import and export
  • GST report submission verification & approval
  • Communicate and work closely with cross functional teams and vendors to ensure that delivery is in optimum level and to report issue & exceptions to supervisor when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Logistics and supply chain management or equivalent
  • Good project management knowledge, vendor negotiation skills
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain management
  • Good MS office skills
  • Ability to multitask and a team player
  • Proactive and able to work independently
