About Our Client
Our client is a leading global professional services firm. Publicly listed, with strong revenue and a global headcount of over 7,500 people, our client runs a highly successful recruitment consultant business across many disciplines and is globally recognised as a leader in specialist recruitment. With its expanding business needs, our client is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will oversee the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business arm and be involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating recruitment agreements and labour outsourcing contracts for APAC. You will function as part of the wider regional legal team to manage the full deal cycle and develop templates for customer and vendor transactions.
The Successful Applicant
You possess a law degree and have at least 3 years of legal experience in private practice or inhouse. You have prior experience either in the recruitment industry or labour outsourcing matters. It will be highly advantageous if you have specific RPO experience. You are a team player and looking to thrive in a high growth environment.
