Job Description

  • Conduct compliance research for overseas business operations, delivering actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor legal, policy, and industry trends in target markets and other relevant regions, producing timely reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage legal matters for international business, including contract review, product compliance checks, employee training, and coordination with external counsel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Business Partner should have:

  • A relevant qualification in law in a common law jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 3 post qualification experience in an international law firm or in-house legal role supporting overseas business in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
