Job Description

As a Lead IT Consultant (SAP - FI CO & HR), you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Finance/HR SAP ERP support team
  • Managing all Finance/HR ERP projects as well as other Finance/HR related productivity improvement projects involving Data Analytics and Robotic Process Automation RPA
  • Managing resources, planning deliverable/milestones and overseeing the project deliverables
  • Serving as the IT ERP/SAP expert on functional and technical issues through management of personnel from both in-house and outsourced vendors
  • Collaborating with outsourced vendors to achieve performance and scalability requirements for the SAP environment.
  • Researching, planning, implementing, and migrating to the new Finance/HR ERP systems

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you will have the following:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of SAP implementation and operation experience of which at least 5 years are in people management and leadership roles
  • Technically sound and possess knowledge in configuration of the SAP Finance and HR modules
  • Experience or knowledge in other ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
