We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure AI and Agentic AI solutions, translating business requirements into production-ready implementations while providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of AI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and platform standards.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and actionable development tasks.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack engineering, APIs, LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, RAG systems, and workflow automation.
  • Oversee solution quality, architecture, code reviews, system performance, monitoring, and production stability.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards covering code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, security, and compliance.
  • Mentor and manage the AI engineering team, drive delivery planning and prioritisation, manage risks, and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies for adoption.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field, with preference for advanced specialisation in full-stack or AI engineering.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack and AI solutions, including 2 to 3 years in a senior or technical lead role designing end-to-end AI and Agentic AI systems.
  • Strong full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, APIs, and system integration, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and SQL.
  • Proven experience building and orchestrating LLM-based and agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, secure enterprise integrations, and modern auth standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
  • Demonstrated leadership in engineering excellence, production troubleshooting, MLOps/LLMOps/DevSecOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
