Job Description

  • Drive sales development across a portfolio of countries to meet corporate objectives
  • Enhance product knowledge and train partners' marketing teams and salesforces
  • Organise local and international events to strengthen brand visibility
  • Monitor and implement sales and marketing initiatives in existing markets
  • Build and manage annual budgets and sales forecasts
  • Identify and engage potential affiliate partners for new market entry
  • Lead negotiations and finalise distribution agreements
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs for product registration and listing
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, science, business or related field
  • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in sales/business development
  • Demonstrate excellent communication
  • Comfortable with frequent business travelling
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Prior international exposure and ability to thrive in multicultural environments
