Job Description

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with distributors and retail partners
  • Lead regular performance reviews, target setting and growth initiatives
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective commercial actions
  • Manage channel economics including margins, trade spend and incentives
  • Oversee end‑to‑end commercial processes from purchase orders to payments
  • Maintain tight control over sales operations, margins and marketing spend

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing distributors and key retail accounts
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with margin ownership exposure
  • Track record of building structured joint business plans
  • Hands‑on experience with sales operations and commercial processes
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑moving environments
