Job Description

  • Client-Focused Solution Design - Engage with clients to assess logistics needs and develop tailored IT solutions that enhance efficiency, integrate with existing systems, and drive cost-effective operations.
  • Cross-Regional Project & Service Deliver - Lead and support IT projects and service operations across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring timely implementation, budget compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • IT Support & Infrastructure Management - Provide end-to-end technical support including system setup, troubleshooting, software/hardware maintenance, and incident resolution to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Compliance, Security & Continuity - Ensure adherence to IT security standards and regulatory requirements, manage data backup and disaster recovery, and maintain accurate records of IT assets and user accounts.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective IT solutions, provide user training, collect feedback, and continuously enhance system performance and support quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years' experience in logistics and IT support, focusing on solution development, project management, and system optimization across multi-location operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Proficient in logistics software such as WMS and TMS, with hands-on experience supporting both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, MCSA, MCSE, or other relevant IT qualifications demonstrating expertise in IT security and infrastructure.
