Job Description



As an IT Service Manager (VMware/Wintel), you will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning, executing, managing, and troubleshooting operations and new projects
  • Leading, mentoring, delegating and supervising projects while providing relevant guidance to team members and vendors assuring that time lines are met efficiently
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively projects with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with solutions if required
  • Being accountable and managing change management, patch management and configuration management for system operations.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in IT or relevant fields with at least 5 years of Service Delivery and Management experience. You will also have experience in VMware server and support environment as well as patch management. Experience in Hypervisor will be good to have. Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above) is an added advantage.
