Job Description



This IT Project Manager position is designed to be the bridge between business objectives and project delivery capacity. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of software development from analysis and design to testing and deployment, ensuring that features are delivered on time, aligned with user needs, and meet business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Track record of independently managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Agile Practitioner: Skilled in Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience using Jira Cloud and Confluence to manage workflows and enhance collaboration.
  • Risk & Problem Solver: Anticipates potential risks, prioritizes competing demands, and proposes practical mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • Team Builder: Establishes KPIs, fosters a high-performance culture, and motivates teams to achieve productivity and efficiency.
  • Analytical & User-Focused: Reviews business operations to identify gaps, proposes improvements, and ensures systems are designed with usability and user experience in mind.
