Job Description

  • Architect and maintain an integrated technology program roadmap across retail platforms, merchandising systems, enterprise applications, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enhancing shopper experiences.
  • Identify and address risk and governance across architecture, security, platform performance, and data‑flow integrity.
  • Define technical scope, functional and non‑functional requirements, milestones, and capacity plans, working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure feasibility.
  • End‑to‑end delivery, driving engineering execution, applying SDLC best practices, and ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
  • Track engineering progress with metrics, proactively resolving integration issues.
  • Engage senior technology and business stakeholders by translating complex technical topics into clear updates, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experiences, covering large‑scale technical programs (e.g., infrastructure, platform engineering, enterprise systems) using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • PMP certification would be highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective in fast‑paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
