Job Description



We are looking for a proactive IT Procurement & Operations Specialist to support vendor management, procurement, and financial operations within the IT PMO. This role suits someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance, access setup, and documentation are properly handled
  • Track and maintain IT vendor contracts, assets, and service agreements, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor vendor performance and SLAs, acting as the liaison for issue resolution and coordination with the PMO
  • Handle procurement activities, including raising POs, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Support IT budget tracking and project expenditure monitoring, aligning with financial plans and generating regular reports
  • Maintain centralized documentation for IT operations, SOPs, and project-related records to support audits and compliance
  • Assist in project operations, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and providing admin support to the IT PMO team



The Successful Applicant

You are a successful candidate if you have:

  • Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or operations support within a PMO environment
  • Solid understanding of IT operations, procurement processes, and financial tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with procurement or financial systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • ITIL certification or knowledge, with additional certifications in procurement or finance systems considered a plus
