Job Description

  • Uphold and promote project management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive successful project delivery by overseeing progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor and project key performance metrics across programs, portfolios, resources, and risks.
  • Optimize financial resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage operational expenses and software subscription costs effectively.
  • Oversee budgeting, allocation, and accrual processes with accuracy.
  • Conduct contract reviews and manage agreements.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in project management and internal communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong background in KPI management, risk assessment, budgeting and resource planning.
  • Proven capability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and communication channels efficiently.
  • Highly resourceful, independent, accountable, and detail-oriented.
