Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT PMO to oversee regional IT projects across APAC, China, and Hong Kong, ensuring the successful execution of SAP (ECC or S4 Hana) and other ERP business application projects. This role involves demand planning, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and PMO process roll outs, aligning with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ERP projects including M&A implementations, upgrades, enhancements and lead when no dedicated PM is assigned
  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritise projects and develop the regional IT roadmap
  • Provide ERP and SAP ECC expertise, guiding business stakeholders on best practices
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear updates on project progress, risks, and timelines
  • Utilise project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana etc. for project tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
  • Optimise resource allocation in collaboration with business platform managers
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project efficiency

The Successful Applicant

You are a successful candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience as an SAP project manager in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and other ERP business applications.
  • Experience in demand management, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence or preferably ASANA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
