Job Description

  • System Strategy & Compliance: Lead and optimize finance systems (ERP, budgeting, reporting) to align with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge IT and Finance, translating needs into system solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Integration & Performance: Ensure seamless integration with other platforms and manage upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Project Execution: Drive finance IT projects, manage vendors, and maintain documentation.
  • Team & User Support: Mentor support staff, train users, and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data accuracy, support reporting, and enforce audit-ready controls.



The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials, PMP) are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience managing Oracle Netsuite IT systems, particularly financial platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of financial operations including AP, AR, GL, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
  • Demonstrated success in leading system upgrades and implementations.
  • Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and analysis.
  • Clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Capable of handling pressure and juggling multiple priorities efficiently
