Job Description
- Participate in Site Setup and Maintenance, hardware and software testing and deployment, documentation, and related operating procedures.
- System support on POS, SAP, AD and other related Application Systems
- Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support project deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related Subjects.
- Functional: Network and System Support.
- IT System Support experience.
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience.
