Our client is a global fund and asset management group which invests in multi asset classes including real assets across the world.

Job Description



  • Investment Strategy Development: Formulate and execute investment strategies focused on data centers, aligning with the company's overall investment goals.


  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the data center sector.


  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to assess potential investments, including cash flow projections, return analysis, and sensitivity analysis.


  • Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes for potential investments, including financial, operational, and market assessments.


  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing investments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to facilitate investment decisions and execution.


  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, including developers, operators, and investors.


  • Reporting: Prepare and present investment recommendations and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.


  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risks associated with investments.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CAIA) preferred.


  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on real estate or infrastructure, particularly in data centers.


  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.


  • In-depth knowledge of the data center market, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
