About Our Client
Our Client is an award-winning US law firm with global leading practices and teams. With the focus to grow the firm in the Asia-Pacific region, they are looking for a high calibre Paralegal to join highly ranked Investment Funds team in Singapore.
Job Description
Supporting the Investment Funds team, you will be providing a wide spectrum of legal assistance to a team of partners and associates, including drafting and reviewing agreements, and assisting in due diligence exercises and legal research. You will also keep abreast with latest development in legislation and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance and protecting the firm's and clients' best interests.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment. Having prior legal experience in banking/ financial services work would be advantageous. You are driven and a strong team player, with the capability to provide timely support to the team in meeting challenging deadlines. You also have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work closely with global clients and internal stakeholders.
