This role is for an Analyst level professional to join their team in Singapore to work with their existing investment banking team on cross border M&A transactions, as well as investment banking advisory work.

They have a strong presence in Asia and growing operations in Asia, with Singapore as their SE Asia headquarters. A truly global business with collaborative client and team work crossing US and Asia.

Job Description

Key responsibilities for this position would be to participate in execution of M&A deals, preparation of client materials, financial DD, drafting of marketing materials, review of documentation, forecasting, financial modelling, project management and financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have at least one year's experience with another investment bank with strong foundations and technical skills or currently with an investment bank, must have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, strong time management skills and a collaborative and adaptable personality to work with global teams and senior stakeholders at all levels.
