Investment analyst

Portfolio Management:

· Oversee a portfolio of institution-sized capital across asset classes, including private equity, public markets, real estate, and alternatives.

· Track and analyse fund and portfolio-level performance, including IRR, MOIC, NAV movements, and benchmark comparisons.

· Prepare quarterly investment reports summarizing portfolio performance, key drivers of returns, and material valuation changes.

· Coordinate with fund General Partners (GPs) and the Investor Relations (IR) team to gather and synthesize updates on portfolio company performance and fund-level reporting.

· Monitor investment holdings for news, fund manager updates, capital call/distribution notices, and changes to the investment thesis.

· Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to assess asset allocation, liquidity profile, and exposure concentration.

· Support rebalancing decisions in line with strategic asset allocation targets and dynamic family objectives.

· Maintain database of capital account statements, fund documentation, and key investment terms.Investment Analysis and Research:

· Lead analysis of investment opportunities across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.

· Research and evaluate potential investments based on their risk-return profile, market trends, and financial performance.

· Generate investment ideas and optimize investment processes.

· Formulate and implement the investment strategies with a focus on alpha generation and attractive risk-adjusted returns through various market cycles.

· Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain relationships with external investment managers, advisors, and service providers.

· Ensure alignment of investment objectives by co-ordinating with team members, and internal stakeholders.Reporting and Compliance:

· Keep abreast of market developments, economic indicators and regulatory changes whilst regularly updating senior management and stakeholders on fund performance.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.Continuous Learning and Development:

· Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and investment strategies.

· Continuously improve investment analysis techniques and methodologies.
