With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for an Inventory Management Analyst to assist them and contribute in this area.

Job Description

Reporting to the Inventory Management Manager, your main responsibilities include driving inventory objectives across Regional territory to maximise overall financial profitability. You are expected to possess great communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of inventory forecasting process, inventory optimisation, and responsible of driving overall inventory health across Regional territory.
  • To drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive inventory forecasting process.
  • To manage stocks by maintaining good level of inventory by optimising sales and space management.
  • Using data analysis to support and manage the inventory, stock availability and forecast accuracy.
  • Be proactive on stocks-related issues such as nearly out-of-stock and ensure that ageing stocks are maintained at low quantities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain or a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience within the Retail/FMCG Industry with exposure in Inventory Management and Planning, Supply Chain. It is crucial that you possess analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance. Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables is a fundamental requirement.
