Our client is an international hedge fund. They have business operations in US, Singapore, HK and mainland China.

Job Description

This role will look after their business operation in US, Hong Kong and Singapore to provide legal support on daily fund management and global tax and financial compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Law degree from reputable law school in Singapore/ US/ UK

5-8 years working experience gained from reputable international law firms or big 4 in Singapore

Strong learning ability, high work efficiency, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
