Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseas property investment, corporate legal, compliance, risk management, data privacy, Licensing in/ out and providing necessary legal compliance training to internal staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • degree of Law from a reputable institution, with membership in a well-recognized Bar Association.
  • More than 5 years extensive legal experience in private practice or in-house with overseas property investment.
  • Strong risk awareness, with the ability to proactively identify potential risks based on legal and regulatory changes, and prepare appropriate responses to mitigate these risks.
  • Excellent legal research skills, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and handle complex legal issues with confidence.
