About Our Client
My client is a fast-growing Healthcare multinational headquartered in Hong Kong with a strong focus in Asia. They are now looking for an experienced Assistant Internal Audit Director to set-up the audit functions.
You will be the main driver in implementation of the audit methodology and program through understanding of the business processes. You will focus on operational audits, business process reviews, and financial & compliance audits, looking to implement best practice and effective controls across the region. You will identify and analyse business risks associated with a broad range of business processes including anti-bribery. You will help to identify operational improvements and develop cost-effective measures to mitigate overall exposure to business risks.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified CA/CPA/CIA with about 10-13 years' post graduation experience with commercial experience in a well-established MNC. Experience in China market and/or Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device related industries will be ideal. A self motivated team player, you are highly analytical and possess excellent communication skills. You are culturally sensitive and work well in a dynamic environment. Ability to speak and read Mandarin is preferred due to frequent interactions with Chinese counterparts.
