API-Integration Architect is responsible for defining and governing enterprise‑wide API‑led integration strategy, especially on applications in MuleSoft and SAP Integration Suite. The role ensures secure, scalable, and seamless data and process flow between core systems and external partners to power the company's omnichannel and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Design and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft and other SAP platforms to support business processes and ensure seamless system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions leveraging APIs, flows, and connectors.
  • Ensure all integration solutions align with technology strategy, including API‑first principles, omnichannel objectives, and digital transformation goals.
  • Enforce integration governance, cyber controls, data standards, and reuse frameworks while ensuring all integrations comply with platform policies, secure API authentication, encryption, access control, and PDPA requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in retail, integration platforms, and API‑led connectivity to continuously improve the integration landscape.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Integration Architect should have:

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and technologies.
  • Experience in working within the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and utilising integration tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
