Job Description

  • Lead and execute monthly marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, online, offline, and dealership channels.
  • Oversee digital content creation, social media scheduling, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Drive partnership marketing initiatives and maintain high brand consistency across all touch points.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including campaign ROI, engagement metrics, lead generation, and digital growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2B and B2C strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing channels including retail, dealership, and e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in budget management, brand positioning, and partnership marketing.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
