About Our Client

Our client is a well known and established organisation within the Commodities trading industry.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's insurance policies, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks effectively.
  • Work closely with insurance providers to negotiate terms and premiums.
  • Prepare and review documentation for insurance claims and settlements.
  • Monitor changes in the Energy & Natural Resources industry to adjust insurance coverage accordingly.
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on insurance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Insurance Specialist should have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in insurance management, preferably within the Commodities, Shipping or trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in handling insurance claims and negotiations.
