This role involves managing and reviewing insurance contracts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational standards. The Insurance Contract Specialist will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders in Singapore.

With a strong presence in Singapore, the company operates within the banking and financial services department to meet the needs of its clients effectively.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various insurance contracts, agreements, and endorsements with clients, brokers, and insurance providers.
  • Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to ensure contractual terms meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a centralised database of insurance contracts and related documents.
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and cancellations processes.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers, agents, and external legal counsel as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and flag any deviations or breaches.
  • Assist and consolidate minutes taking, preparation for board meetings and reporting, etc

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working within the insurance or financial services industry will be helpful.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
